The green walls and red face that hang delicately on the wall stare at me with anger and disgust. You stand at the transient stop waiting for the bus that never arrives. You miss the most important flight of your life by arriving late to the airport. I am writing metaphors. Yesterdays evening concluded with the eclectic drone of Death Cab for Cutie. The colors and sounds brilliantly reflect on the past of 70's punk fused with extensive ambient intros like in "I Will Possess Your Heart". I have always been a fan of Death Cab for Cutie from the earlier days of "The Photo Album". Over all rating: 4 1/2 out of 5.

The Swallows have finally migrated which means summer has arrived with all the excitement it brings. Friends reuniting, past relationships coming out of hibernation and life starting to make sense. Shuffle your iPod with an eclectic playlist while sitting on the beach watching the sun rise.
The stripes on my shirt will transition into the one color of green as I watch dreams come true and strive for excellence each day.
